Terms of use

Your license

• A one-time purchase gives you a lifetime license for Tidzy on 1, 2 or 3 Macs at a time, depending on what you bought.
• You can move it between Macs whenever you like: deactivate it on one Mac (Settings › License) and activate it on another.
• Updates are free.
• The license is for you (or your household, or your team’s Macs up to your seat count). Please don’t publish or resell your key.

Prices and payment

Prices include applicable taxes. The launch price applies to the first 100 sales; after that the regular price applies. Payments, receipts and taxes are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, so your card statement shows DODOPAY_TIDZY.

Refunds

Not happy? Get a full refund within 14 days of buying. See the refund policy. A refunded or charged-back purchase deactivates its license.

Your files

Tidzy only moves files to the Trash, renames or moves them when you ask (or when you turn on automatic naming). Every change is logged in History and can be undone. Even so, keep backups of anything important: we can’t be responsible for lost or changed files.

Fair use

• Don’t reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, or try to get around the license check.
• Don’t use Tidzy to break the law or anyone else’s rights.

No warranty

We work hard to make Tidzy reliable, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for your license.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Using Tidzy after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? hello@gettidzy.app.
